The Company’s Chief Executive Officer, a Chartered Accountant, spent the majority of his early career, and gained extensive experience with the Tax Department of Price Waterhouse Coopers in London. Having gained experience in the profession, he moved to banking sector. He was in charge of the Group Tax Planning of Barclays Bank, with some 200 subsidiaries in the group. Chairing regular meetings, optimising Group relief, advising the group on Dividend policy.
